We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel & Administrative Coordinator to support a busy operations team. This position combines administrative support, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, billing support, and data entry responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing travel arrangements, processing expenses, coordinating with payroll, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
